OUR PASTOR

Rev. Dr. Amilyn Dennis-Robinson is a devoted servant of God whose life is centered on advancing the Kingdom of Jesus Christ through preaching, teaching, prayer, discipleship, and compassionate ministry. As the Pastor of the Church of God Mountain Assembly (CGMA) in Stonehenge, Westmoreland, Jamaica, she faithfully shepherds God's people with grace, humility, and a steadfast commitment to the truth of His Word.

From an early age, God's hand was evident upon her life, and at the age of twelve, she accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior. Her lifelong journey of faith has been marked by an unwavering commitment to answering God's call wherever He leads, so she considers it a divine privilege to minister among the people of the Stonehenge community.

Rev. Dr. Robinson pursued theological training at the Wesleyan Holiness Bible College in Torrington, Westmoreland, before continuing her studies at Emet Global Theological Seminary and College in Georgia, USA, where she earned a Bachelor of Theology degree. In recognition of her faithful ministry and dedication to the Gospel, she was later awarded an Honorary Doctor of Ministry degree.

She is also a licensed, ordained, and commissioned Chaplain through the Global Chaplains Alliance (GCA) Jamaica Limited, where she holds the rank of Major and serves as a member of the organization's Board. In addition, she is a Trained Christian Counselor, specializing in Marriage Counseling, providing biblical guidance, encouragement, and hope to individuals, couples, and families seeking God's wisdom and restoration.

Throughout her years of ministry, Rev. Dr. Robinson has faithfully served in numerous leadership roles, including Evangelist, Missionary, Spiritual Education Teacher, Secretary, Praise and Worship Leader, Counselor, and Board Member. Every role has strengthened her passion for serving God's people with excellence, integrity, and compassion.

Beyond the pulpit, Rev. Dr. Robinson is a devoted wife to her husband, a loving mother, and a proud grandmother. She considers her family one of God's greatest blessings and often expresses deep gratitude for the unwavering love and support of her husband, whom she affectionately describes as her greatest encourager and loudest cheerleader in ministry.

Known for her fervent prayer life and deep dependence on the Holy Spirit, Rev. Dr. Robinson firmly believes that prayer is the foundation of every successful ministry. She often shares,  "Staying on my knees in prayer is the antidote that keeps me going."  This conviction has sustained her through life's challenges and continues to guide every assignment God places before her. Her heart's desire is simply to serve wherever He calls, always responding with the words,  "Here I am, Lord... send me."

Rev. Dr. Robinson's ministry is characterized by a genuine love for people, a passion for biblical truth, and an unwavering commitment to seeing lives transformed by the saving grace of Jesus Christ. She is dedicated to strengthening believers, reaching the lost, restoring families, and empowering individuals to walk confidently in God's purpose.

Her life's mission is to glorify God, faithfully serve His people, and proclaim the life-changing message of Jesus Christ until He returns.
